We have fully automated CCR with Seimens S7 Automation system and intelligent MCC Panels. Best Process and quality control with the help of XRF, and XRD from Brunker Germany which gives us premium quality cement. We have an electronically controlled 16-sprouted Rotopacker which delivers 3600 bags per hour with extra weight.
AmritCem has a technologically advanced manufacturing facility located at Umlaper in the Jaintia Hills of Meghalaya, North East India. The plant is ISO 9001:2015 certified and has a manufacturing capacity of 1 million tons per annum (MTPA) with a captive power plant of 10 MW to ensure uninterrupted cement production all year round.
